180 Fitness Gym is located in Statesboro, at College Plaza behind Wendy's and Zaxbys.
We offer on the main floor Cybex and Bodymasters
equipment, cardio equipment, an abs area and circuits. The free weight room contains over
12,000 lbs. of free weights, benches, dumbells, machines, heavy punching bag and speed bag.
The upstairs area has a large cardiovascular area
with bikes, treadmills, crosstrainers, stairmasters,
cardiovision and educational room for health and nutrition classes and meetings. There is also a
Group Fitness Room that offers over 35 classes
per week and a Group Cycle Room.
180 Fitness provides a variety of
membership options.
